Walking along at the dog beach yesterday, when a couple coming the other way says "did you see the spinner sharks?"
I had never heard of them before, so they pointed them out to my son and I ....sure enough, not far off shore, out where the surfers hang out....sharks jumping and spinning in the air. I love the beach...

Texas public school education is going to hell in a handbasket...........
Closing schools.....laying off teachers.......but our governor is living in a home that he rents for $10,000/month while the governor's mansion is being renovated after a fire. Most superintendents are making 6 figures and getting bonuses and perks on top of that. What is wrong with this picture?????????????? |

I love getting reps on stuff posted eons ago. Always have to go back and look at what it was for. If I am lucky, I can marvel at how insightful it was, or how sweet, or how diplomatic, or how funny. If I am not so lucky, I can cringe over how rude that sounded, or how angry, or how sarcastic, or how inappropriate. Either way, it is a useful learning tool for interpersonal growth.
