Tonight I will sleeping in bed alone and nekkie to keep cool with a fan going in the background to help me sleep. I pray my pain will allow me to fall and remain asleep tonight instead of like last night where I hurt so much that I was up and down in and out of bed all night long. Needless to say I got 2 hrs sleep.
