A fresh mango shake with organic yogurt and honey, a slice of the pannettone. I already had the triple espresso with hot milk.

I had a l'il ole chicken pot pie. Breakfast of cham-peens! Of course that was accompanied by my cuppa tea. Not to forget the blood-pressure pills! Don't want to stroke out for the new year!

I thought of you today when I went to the grocery store and tried to find low sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal but no luck I bet its good too but did get almond milk though..
