This cold thing is dragging on. I don't feel poorly from it; just a bit annoyed as it will nearly disappear and then come back again. I don't usually get sick so the whole process is frustrating. I'm also frustrated that the repair guy hasn't fixed my washer yet. It's been since Labor Day! Now I know the downside of having an extended warranty plan.

HHmmm....my cough is still dragging on after 4 weeks too. Called the doctors yesterday, next free appointment is in a week....yes a whole week.

And my repair man couldn't fix the dryer either !

Gemme I`ll cut some cake to go with the tea...sometimes you just need cake.

Funny,I had that same exact feeling.

I feel strangely calm tonight..perhaps it was the 8hr sleep..I need more of those zzzs..the nice feeling it gives me.

Good. Busy, but it's a good busy. People are working with me and things are moving along nicely at work.

Also ... I got on the freeway on Monday, drove as fast as 65 mph and I didn't start freaking out (no sweaty palms, no erratic breathing, no pounding heart beats, etc). But I only did it for a few miles then I got off and took the back roads

I'll give it another shot this weekend. I'm gonna conquer this fear, though it will probably take another year before I'm really ready for a road trip. I'm working with a woman who is using CBT techniques. We've been doing creative visualization and some other exercises. It's starting to pay off.

Life could be worse in the slow lane.
