If you have a freezer...put your sheets in the freezer and take them out just before you go to bed. If your freezer is big enough put your pillow in it before you go to work and then it is iiiccccyyyyy cold when you need to sleep. I luvers that. <pouty face> now I just have a small freezer and cannot have a cold pillow. I loved doing that for my kids.

I had to use the cold washcloth and ice yesterday for sun stroke. Yeah me.

My throat is sore this morning. My first thought was to blame it on all of this air conditioning. But as I was sitting here, waking up.....I recall I was in the middle of a seemingly good dream, and was awakened from it by alarm kat, who was tapping me (gently) on my face cheeks and my lips. He never does that, He's LAZY. I'm thinking, I must have been talking in my sleep and he was trying to tell me to SHUT UP!

lol.....good thing I like alarm Kat!

sometimes I really like eating sandwiches that have not been cut in half...I like how big they feel whole...even though it's not the most convent or lady-like (oh come on, I just like saying that!) way to eat them...it's still fun...and I make believe my hands are big enough to hold it effectively--they are not...I suspect it's the same kind of make-believe that I did when I dissembled about my height on my DL...

it's the simple things for a simple girl like me...
