I slept like a baby... 9 delicious hours of sleep.

For a long time I couldn't sleep long. No reason, just wasn't happening. (Except on rare occasion) On average I slept 5 hours. Now on the weekends I can and my body is really thanking me for it.

Only 6, its was warm when I settled down so I left some windows open but I woke in the early hours and the bedroom was freezing, I padded about closing them followed by the fur babies who sensed an unexpected feed, made a cup a tea while I was down in the kitchen, read a little while I waited for my tea to cool.....by the time I got back to sleep the alarm went off soon after, I`m having an early night tonight.
