100 day of school... So many hundred projects.
high 5's from the kindergarteners hugs from returning students making next week's lady's lunch list (these 1st graders are task masters) invitation to go see an out of district placement student cause DAMN my co teacher and I are just that good! there is always more. |

Looking at a house for our family
Even below our price range, with only a down deposit needed of $1,500 ($500 upfront) and the closing cost can be rolled into the financing..will have to see about cost of appliances being rolled into it as well (needs fridge, washer and dryer) http://www.coldwellbankerprime.com/P.../403_Boyden_St Not so sure on the plaster walls, but they are in pretty decent condition for the most part - and hardwood floors throughout! Attic has stand up room and is accessed from the master bedroom. Totally digging it! |
