*Menopause* - Page 4

I'm 48 and suffering with terrible hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain and no energy, tired no matter how much sleep I get, and the absolute worst is the "Menopausal Brain Fog"!!!!! I forget everything and have to write myself notes daily. Oh and I cry at the drop of a hat and for absolutely no reason at all. All the time. Doctor says I will be fine, this is normal.

Black Cohosh cured my hot flashes.. its a natural option - doesn't work for everyone but worth a try!

You get it at CVS, not the tablets but the capsules.

i take 540 mg each day. I make sure to get it in that dosage so i only have to take one.
