Keto - no can do. Everything food wise that makes life really worth living is not on that diet. Well bacon, but I really shouldn't be eating bacon. LOL I just need the eat less move more diet.

i'll probably regret it because it's not decaf. Also binge watching one of my favorite Vegan channels and she challenged her listeners to be Vegan til 6 in evening. This is so doable for me! So why didn't i think of this on my own??
