Getting stopped on the sreet in NYC, and asking if I was a model!....(um, thanks so, then I began to feel a little faint).
Guess this femme's still got the looks and the bod...(could of fooled me).
Though, it was a high compliment, regardless.>>he gave me his business card anyway...which I tossed in the nearby trash receptable.

We all have the human need to feel worthwhile and appreciated...especially when it's right out of the blue..............Or it's not.

Getting a very sweet, interesting, funny message tonight...
It seems, that when I've tried to go fishing over the past three years, either I don't get a single bite or the turtles and baby fish steal my bait or make me toss them back...
But I cast a "first line"...and get a whopper of a response...and a second bite/nibble... hook, line and sinker!! YUM!

Thinking about how lucky I am. I am blessed with a good life, love, good loyal friends, a beautiful family, a good little fur family, and a good job. Yes, some days are not ideal, but when I look at the big picture...I am truly blessed.

I went to my Chinese school. The kids were in the "hall" for recess and started waving madly at me as soon as I got out of my car. Then getting to the teachers room was like running a gauntlet of paparazzi

"Hello teacher!" "Hello Miss M" "Good afternoon teacher!". Darlings

Then in class with one of my teachers made the kids laugh (not so difficult really) and taught them "ewwwww yucky" - pretending to wipe my sweat off on one of the kids. PRETENDING!
