I cut in to the "perfect" avocado this morning
 . I get deliriously happy when I get a perfect avocado because it just sucks when you get a dud. So anyway, avocado on rye toast and coffee with almond milk was breakfast for me.

The usual ... oatmeal, chopped apple, walnuts, coconut milk, chia seeds, walnuts, and some toasted unsweetened coconut flakes.

I had fresh eggs over hard with a slice of provolone cheese melted on top A slice of turkey ham on the side French press coffee and water to drink...
