A banana, a small cranberry orange muffin, and some organic bacon, and triple espresso of course! Today is 8th grade graduation, and then only two and a half days of faculty meetings before, YES!, summer vacation! But I have about 95 reports to finish by tomorrow!

I went by the book on breakfast..ham&cheese omlet, coffee,1 small banana just a touch of peanut butter smeared on it..Carb count 20.03.I miss my toast but saveing the bread carbs for a sandwich later.
