She called me up this afternoon crying because she was so excited. She works at a hospital here and applied for an in-house training/work program for 18 months. When she completes the training, she will be able to take the NCLEX-RN exam to be a Registered Nurse. She was chosen for the final interview in a couple weeks.

Working through our fears together. Being able to share our day with each other. Her letting me know that she will be late getting home in the am because she knows I will worry about her. Her getting a package today that I am excited to see. Her wanting to help me pick out a nice suit. Everything about her. I am hoping that I am her calm and comfort.

Watching my sleepy Butch waking up, then watching her get ready for work...Sometimes, it really does feel like we live together, but there is nothing that replaces physical touch...Being responsible adults can be hard at times...Luckily, we have a lot of delicious memories of our times spent together, and tons of anticipation for the future...

I spoke to my daughter this morning while she was at work...

She apparently is turning into quite the fishing enthusiast! She was telling me that she caught a 14" calico bass!

She also said her bf is too slow taking them off the hook so she does it her damn self!

And if that weren't enough, she got makeup at her favorite place, and they gave her a free make-up bag. She was soo excited because now she has something to use for her tackle! lol That's my girl!

She smiled at me and said - Now I know where you hide them I can cheek them when you are not looking, I'll bring a chair upstairs to stand on and say mummy I'm just going upstairs to do some writing but really I'll be getting sweets - bless bless and bless her innocent beautiful little heart...

My doggie Cricket helping me dig in the garden

She is part jack russel and dax...she just kept plugging along til she had a good hole dug...but not for me exactly..she just laid down in it...

With all the upheaval Cricket was creating, I suddenly had several different little spiders on my legs...

One of them was this little guy, which I had never ever seen before!
