bcuz I opened the door to my Fridge and the shine from the cleanliness was nearly Blinding! Gaea not only cleaned it; she spent the money to fill it with groceries. We stuck to the list and got some great healthy meals together for this week! Eating right makes me happy! Thank you gaea

In the workshop all day on my own

Re-organised some stuffs and re-arranged others so that when it was tided the workshop looked fab.

Deciding to sell on the newest velo. It's a carthorse and I'm used to riding thoroughbreds.

Doing a Herb Ritts stylee selfie...only with bike tires and less perfect pec/ab action on show!

My son and his girlfriend asked me to foster their kitten indefinitely. He's been with me for nearly a month already. His name is Henry, 4 months old -- he is sweet, cute, and highly amusing! He makes me smile often.

Today he took his first selfie. Hilarious and adorable!
