It was a dang grilled pimento cheese sammie. I took 2 bites of it and all the melted pimento cheese was laying in the bottom of my paper towel. May try it open faced tomorrow.

Next time Love, make toast and spread it like jelly, it will fall into the toast instead of your paper towel.

The toast is a firmer foundation.

I want some buttery scrambled eggs and chopped asparagus on top of a croissant with a cup of French Roast, but I'll have oatmeal and a chopped apple. The oatmeal is good, but not as good as the eggs and croissant.

I'm headed to kennel so just coffee and few spoonfuls of peanut butter to take my meds with. Will come home and cook bacon and eggs for us in a couple hours.

It's fresh fruit and chocolate milk for me this morning. Post workout and I'm actually not hungry but I need to eat something, so there it is. Blueberries, grapes, pineapple and chocolate milk.
