My client (the husband) was going out for his walk and I managed to encourage his wife to go along for some fresh air and exercise (never an easy task!)
I kind of held back a bit as we walked out of the house, giving them some alone time. They've been married nearly 60 years. They held hands as they walked... I thought for a minute I should just leave them to themselves. I had an awkward and indecisive moment... but then she held out her hand for me to take...and we all walked together down the street.... I confess....this makes me a tad bit weepy as I write this.... They make me feel like family... <3
