You know I love HONEY! But honey bunch of oats has too much sugar and carbs. Total bran flakes are low in sugar and jammed packed with vitamins.

I stayed in bed till noon. no breakfast but got up and had a turkey sammich with mayo on whole grain white, a few cheddar sour cream chips and black coffee. lunch I suppose.
