 This candle is for my Dad ... His heart surgery was successful ... He's healing so well ... Yay! But ... Seems there's always a but ... He now has around 20 lbs of fluid in his lower legs ... This is now our battle we are trying to defeat. It's hard to be so much better, but then not. He's keeping a beautifully positive attitude about it all. Thank you so very much E/everyone for your thoughts, prayers, white lights and sending of healing for him.

God called up another Angel Thursday evening. I'm lighting a candle for all of those whose life he touched in his 96 years on earth. A kinder, gentler man you'll never find. Always a smiling face and a clean joke to share. A man of integrity a man of God. He loved everyone he met, and shared a his love of the outdoors with many folks around the county, threw sharing the bounty of his garden to and the craftmanship of his bird houses and feeders. Even the waitresses at the diner were talking about him this morning. You will be missed Mr B. May the memories of you always be sweet ones.
In memory of a life so beautifully lived. That about says it all.

 Today I am lighting a very special candle .......... Someone very near and dear to my heart, rocky781, had to do something very difficult this morning; he had to put down his dog Tucker. I received a message late last night from rocky saying that Tucker was having seizures; he took the poor little guy into the vet and found out that he had a brain tumor which brought on the seizures. Tucker had to be put to sleep, and my heart is broken for rocky because I know how much that sweet little dog meant to him. I ask if you could please think of rocky today and to keep him in your thoughts and prayers, I'd appreciate it and I know that he would as well. rocky ~ I am so so very sorry for your loss; I know how much Tucker meant to you and how much you miss him. I know that he is watching over you, loves you with all his heart and will secretly be sharing your food with you just like he always did. Please know that I care, that I am here for you and that you can lean on me through this very difficult time *hugs*

Wow I dont visit this thread often ...... very inspirational posting ..
Id like to light a million candles for a dear friend and long time member of various BF sites ScorpioDaddy.... I been in tears for hm , he has been diagnosed with cancer inter digestive area, may not b able to catch all of it..... he will b undertaking chemo in 2 weeks ... he has a couple sister's coming to hm as well to b there for hm ..... my heart goes out to hm ... I will keep my prayers,and positive energy very high for hm at this time.
