High: Friday was my Friday too and I have this weekend off to work on crafty goodness!
High: I got a ton of sleep last night. Low: I had to run to the mechanic's first thing this morning but we worked out a plan that will save me the most time and effort (this is a good thing but I did have to forgo my morning workout for it, hence the low part). Mid-range: If I can muster up the motivation, I'll try an afternoon workout. They are never as good as morning ones, but something's better than nothing. |

I haven't posted in a couple days so I will summarize.
 Highs: Feeling very special and very loved. Hello Kitty cake.  Flowers and more flowers. An amazing birthday dinner with the best bbq ribs ever. Enjoying those ribs with my family and very special friends. Great conversation and laughter.  Getting my drank on. Hotel room with a beautiful view. Room party. After party.    A night out with no worries and having friends that care enough to make that happen. Lows: I can always complain about something but I'm not gonna today. I decided to own my 40 years and love myself and everything that goes with it.

Highs: last night was so much fun. Drinks, karaoke, hole in the wall type bar, threats of ass grazing, ice attacks, stopping in the middle of a game of pool to slow dance to "my girl". So much laughter and fun.
Lows: I'm freaking exhausted!!! Not getting anything to graze. Saying goodbye to sweet friends. |

High: everything is going smoothly at work
Low: did not ever thing my car would be in the shop for over a week. I keep the keys to my part time office in the car that is being fixed because if I change coats, bags, etc. I forget them. Well left school to get in car to go into city for my private practice and realized I don't have keys. Had to cancel clients High: didn't have to work Low: came home to kids fighting, ugh. should have gone out to eat. |
