I feel great! I'm refueling with yummy vittles and I can feel the heaviness in my muscles that tells me I worked the Hell out of them. The downpour has shifted to a light mist that reminds me of WA. I have a short day at work today and then I get to delve into more training with my new employee tomorrow. It's a banner time for me right now. I'm stoked!

It's a brackish mix today - very good on the whole, but I'm feeling a little bit lost at the moment. I found out some very sad news this morning and I'm just not sure what to do with it.
So, I'm just going to drink my tea and continue to sit here with it. It and I will get comfortable and make peace together. And I won't plan any move - but rather let it unfold as it will.

I'm deeply saddened that Canada got knocked out of the Women's FIFA tournament ...and by England no less. I had been looking forward to a Canada - USA final with Canada doing some major butt kicking...I know, I know, but winning at curling just doesn't cut it....see you in 4 years, we're off to the gym.

A bit nervous....I'll be babysitting two preteen neighbor kids tomorrow because someone cancelled on their mom at the last minute...from 5:30am till dinner time.
