I just watched The Reader with Kate Winslet and Ralph Fiennes.
Definitely a great movie...as ever I was surprised by the story line. I remembered hearing things about it when it came out so as soon as I saw it I just grabbed it...worth the wait for sure..

So watched "12 years a slave". Last night.
After reading the book, I was disappointed. Major parts of Mr. Northup's struggle were left out. I am still glad I watched it. |

I haven't had television for years and discovered in my new location it's available over the air. In HD. For free. Like about 50 channels of it.
 I still don't like or want to watch it in particular (I can't tolerate commercials) BUT there's an "oldies movies" channel.  So tonight I'm watching "Barefoot In The Park" and "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner"  Bonus points: there's 4 PBS channels too! |

I watched Tammy last night. I liked it but I was glad I didn't pay the extra to go see it in the theatre. It's fine as a sit down for dinner and watch kind of movie.

I watched Red again...hadn't seen it in at least a year. It's a fantastic flick...
They should've stopped while they were ahead. I know I watched part 2 but can't remember a single thing I liked about it....
