Testosterone and working out
Hey guys! I was looking for a thread geared towards those of us who are on T and also work out. I'm going back on T soon and I want to be able to maximize the effects of T as it relates to working out and muscle growth. I belong to a gym and have access to a personal trainer. The problem is the personal trainer wants to guide my workout based on me being female. My ex is the one who had set up a joint membership - it was cheaper to keep it joint - but she insisted they refer to me as SHE... Grrr...
Anyway... I was thinking we could use this space for a couple of purposes: 1. Share tips and advice for working out and maximizing the effects of T for muscle growth and body conditioning. 2. Support and encouragement!! We are each other's personal trainer. (Anyone in the Minneapolis area who wants to be a workout buddy send me a message.) |

I am not in minnesota...but, let's do it man!..Men's Health Magazine has great
workout info. I wonder if you have ever done any supplements to increase muscle mass. I have. Have to be careful what you use though. I will be back. Let us make it a challenge! See how long I last? Ever thought about doing that PB90X? http://www.menshealth.com/workout-center/start |

I used to use supplements and am planning to again. Men's Health Magazine does have some good articles and advice! If there was a large enough demand and I had enough information, experience and resources I'd make a magazine for Transmen. Journalism is what I used to do before I changed to a finance career. I miss journalism.
