hi. i heard this news today, and thought i'd share. the story was interesting to me because b.vitamins are often times used by total vegans, people who experience fibrocystic breast disease, and/or for menopausal issues, et c. anything heart related can go in this thread, if you like.

I have had 2 heart attacks. I take a multiple vitamin now. When I was having blood work done during my last attack, they discovered I had no vitamin d in my system at all. So, I was given that via a liquid. Then I started on prescriptions. When the news came out about b, I was tested, and am ok on that level, but still my body will not keep vitamin d in my system. It makes no difference if I am outside all day long either. My body just rejects it.

I'm going to a cardiologist tomorrow. I have been a few times in the past few years, but I never told any of them I wear a binder. I feel the same mostly whether I wear it or not. Is it something anyone needs to know about?
