I made a big bowl of Banana Cream Pudding (with coconut and macadamia nuts and cinnamon). ❤️

I do not normally eat anything for dessert but today my home worker brought some cinnamon rolls to bake SO I had to try them and ate two with a little icing on them, thanked her and gave her the rest to take with her LOL. Tasty but not something I want as a steady part of my daily intake.
