I know all about burning sage to get rid of negativity, cleanse, etc. but has anybody ever tried Florida Water? My supervisor at work was spritzing it all over the nursing home the other night, and he told me he uses it at home before he lights his sage.

Incense for me help disparate my migraines and help my mind from wandering all over the map (whishingi could burn them at work).

I'm overdosing on lavender tonight. Yardley's lavender soap, lavender lotion, oil on my pulse points, sprayed lavender linen spray on the sheets and pillows, burning a lavender candle.
