I took my Mom to her fav Mexican restaurant for her Birthday today.
The waitress gave me a free margarita go! I always wondered how you could get alchohol to go. They put a do not temper with sticker on it, just like the bottles they sell. Hmmmm, interesting I say.

The boy was watching Chopt Jr. and came up with something - chicken thighs in a butter/brown sugar/honey/lemon glaze. It turned into more of a stew than glazed roasted chicken (when the glaze didn't thicken, he added an extra stick of butter
 ) but it was pretty good. We also had mashed potatoes.
