Lesbians as a subcultural community
I found this bachelors thesis while surfing today called: Lesbians as a subcultural community: style representation of the self through consumption By Yu-rong http://dspace.mah.se:8080/bitstream/...EC5?sequence=1 Its lengthy but very interesting.

Oh my God, I love this woman.
I enjoyed the paper very much. Thanks, Kobi. It's nice to see lesbians as the focus of someone's dissertation. We've sorta been marginalized since the LGBTQ panoply got so expansive. With all due respect to the author, I have to reference a few of her endearing English malaprops. the establishment of penal code against male-aimed homosexual intercourse Gay culture seems to be more penetrative than its lesbian counterpart several close friends I knew shockingly “came out” to me. (Makes you wonder what they said, doesn't it ?) |

Thank you Kobi. I have a long time to spend by the lake this weekend, and I look forward to some "light reading".
