That . . . that sounds like the most delicious combination I've ever heard.

Is the blueberry wine a homemade thing, or can it be bought in a store?

- Reuben sandwiches
- French fries with gochujang for dipping (which does not really go with the Reuben so well - I ate all my fries first)
- Pumpkin pie bars

Thank you GeorgiaMa'am, the wine is from a Texas Vineyard and it was yummy.

Leftovers...wings, raw veggie salad, and baked acorn squash.

Weird dinner here. Two pieces of uncured turkey bacon and homemade applesauce. It worked.

Gemme 10-19-2016 08:48 PM

I had 2 pieces of thin crust veggie pizza, a cup of pomegranate arils and some Samoas ice cream.

Last night was baked chicken and salad. Tonight will be salmon with anchovy butter over riced cauliflower and a small green salad.

I just returned home from the grocery with the fixins for tonight's dinner. I am so hungry, mostly because I have been thinking about what I am going to make tonight...all day!

I am going to make a baked French Brie with a blend of sliced dried figs, & walnuts mixed with fig preserves & spread generously on top of the brie round, then baked for a short time and served with a warm crusty five grain baguette. I will also have a salad with spring greens, tomatoes, radishes and lemon garlic dressing, (Tessemae's) made with all organic ingredients.

Stuffed peppers and chocolate brownies.

Kätzchen 10-20-2016 05:23 PM

I am not sure yet, mostly because I'm tired, but.....

I'm probably going to make it easy on myself and toss a huge tortilla (gordita?) In the skillet and use some of the Asian salad mix, with a few end of the summer tiny yellow tomatoes and use up the half avocado and the last of the yummy poppy seed dressing too. Make a wrap, sort of.

Coleslaw

My partner made soup tonight. Think it was potato, collard greens, garlic, carrot...possibly some other stuff that I can't quite recall. She also made homemade biscuits to dip in the soup. To drink homemade ice tea. Was good!

Gemme 10-20-2016 06:13 PM

I have no idea because I'm meeting up with a couple of friends and we're going to see what looks like a fun evening of entertainment.... we *might* go try out this new cafe that is on top of one of the buildings downtown.

Dessert is bring your own, which I bought a huge slice of organic Carrot cake on my lunch break. :)

But for supper, I hope they have something like an stuffed Crab entree or Lobster bisque.
