I had mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, bacon jerky, Conversation Hearts, Cuties and a pom-cherry-ale juice cocktail.

Last night we had beef stroganoff, with jalapeno poppers and bread with butter, I had an ice tea to drink.

My favorite pasta with Italian sausage and spicy marinara sauce, salad, breadsticks...oh em gee!
Oh yeah, and a berry sangria to go with it...lol |

Dinner
This is the big question. I normally have pizza on Fridays but I am not in the mood. So far just chips and queso.
I will report back if there are any developments on the dinner front. |

I am having a repeat of last night, (baked chicken and sweet potato) except I will likely have sauteed spinach with it tonight.
Later I will have a warm mug of golden milk. |
I came home from a long day at work, and I say..I do want to cook. Do you want a bowl of cereal?
Yeah, ok. Well, for someone who didn't want to cook, I went into the kitchen and grilled, scrambled and grated. Grilled cheese on Hawaiian pineapple bread and scrambled eggs with pepper jack cheese. |
Leftover been stroganoff with bread and butter, ice tea to drink.

I made up a plat with hummus, gaucamole, babby carrots, small salad and naan

Gonna have Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings tonight with a veggie, just not sure what veggie.

Dinner
I made a ton of food today. For dinner I had spaghetti.
Now I am snacking. :linecook: |
- teriyaki glazed pork chops
- creamed potatoes - green beans - for dessert, a Russell Stover chocolate covered coconut cream egg |
I had a Smart One (?) frozen dinner for lunch. Some kind of Chinese ish dish. It was bland and unappetizing. I ate the veggies and ditched the noodles.
I also had baby carrots and grapes. Much tastier. I'm contemplating a creme brulee rice pudding cup. I've not tried them yet. I got them a few days ago. |
Lightly fried tofu, sauteed onions, chickpeas and peas slowly simmered in a homemade vegan tikka masala sauce.

I have a 15 pound pork roast in the oven, that's been roasting at 325 degree, since 1300 hrs. I seasoned it lightly with crushed Cumin seeds, sweet onions, cloves of garlic and a light touch of sea salt and cracked pepper.
We're eating a very late supper tonight, but the roast should be ready to serve in about an hour. |
My second time making homemade pizza with the works and it came out pretty good. White cake with homemade vanilla buttercream for dessert.
