I had shrimp quesadillas with pico de gallo & guac on side. I have chocolate sauce & strawberries to put on my cheesecake later. (I only ate 2 pieces of 6 of the quesadillas..:) |

Last night was homemade chicken soup and tonight is a thin-cut ribeye and riced cauliflower.

Tonight will be liver & onions with boiled potatoes & onion gravy. I also will have cucumbers, Vidalia onions, & sweet mayo dressing for a side dish. Last night I also made cheese stuffed mini bells. I like those for snacking.

I'm having steak, vegan pesto veggie noodles....yes, I see that head cock of yours at that combination....and kettle chips. And ginger ice cream.

My last final of the term is tonight so I am going the easy route...

I have left over Southern Fried Chicken, but I'm saving it for a meal this weekend.
Tonight I made a meatloaf, which is baking in the oven (right now). I took 1.5 pounds of grass fed beef (Angus, very expensive :| ), and sliced up some organic green cabbage, cloves of garlic, and then made a flour mixture seasoned with curry powder, garlic powder, ginger powder and cracked peppercorns. Melted some bacon grease. Used some low salt soy sauce. And, three cage-free brown eggs. And, fresh rosemary. I mixed it all up and put it in an parchment lined glass baking dish. It's very fragrant and will be very tasty, for supper tonight. I still have Carrot Cake. Most likely will have water and hot herbal tea to drink. |
Homemade cream of broccoli soup. My first time making it. Was OK.
