Boston Butt pork roast slow cooked in the crock, baked potato and cream of mushroom gravy. Oh and raw asparagus, just cause I love it so much. :chef2:

I have eaten cookies and ham for three days. And even tho I havent eaten alot of any of these, my stumach hurts, I have bloated out and I have gained a few pounds. I am uncomfortable stumach wise to the point of almost unbearable. I go on the 3rd for more tests to get ready for another hiatal hernia surgery, to repair the damage I did by doing too much too soon. So..back to light things and small small meals... |

My SIL went to this local place that sells home made pastas - she got us Butternut squash ravioli and a white sauce. I fixed some asparagus to roast but my SIL dropped the pan when she was taking it out of the oven.
Despite that - dinner was awesome! |
