I went out with a friend tonight to Perkin's restaurant and had their Appetizer Sampler which consisted of: mozzerella sticks, deep fried green beans, chicken strips and mimi chimis :-)

Going organic!
Grilled seafood sausage with grilled green market heirloom tomatoes, glass of Pinot Noir. Homemade lemon ice and espresso later.

I made a banana sandwich, never tried that one before!---and I had some grapes as the 'crunch' part...not what I'd intended to have this evening :)

i worked outside alllllll day, so dinner was a tunafish sammy with a whole avocado chopped up in it and homemade peach yogurt for desert. :)

I am marinating some chicken right now so we'll do grilled chicken breasts with broccoli and salad for me and Jackhammer gets grilled corn on the cob and garlic bread!

I think it is going to be spaghetti with a red sauce. Still contemplating on doing a salad or not. The garlic bread is up in the air too. Blames it all on the rain making me lazy.

I was going to make Turkey Tacos
But I got a hankering for some comfort food, and made a nice turkey meatloaf, mashed potatos and gravy and a nice side salad. Dinner was yummy !! |
Fajita spiced ground turkey (pica) with corn, black beans, onion, a little cheese and home made hot salsa with some greek yogurt on top all atop a very very thin piece of toasted corn bread. oh so yum

last day eating what I want before my diet starts sooo I think its gonna be a ribeye steak with A1, broccoli and cheese, red skin mash potatoes. wash it down with a couple beers.
