Jazz & Jagg...I LOVE sushi also! There is one place I go, the sushi dude (he is like 20) makes a specific sushi for me. It is made with white fish, shrimp, veggies, crab....rolled in a tempura and lightly fried...with eel sauce, the spicy orange sauce,and with 3 colors of roe...lots of roe...and they call it "sugarmama"...yummmmm...every time I go he makes some special something and sends to my table..he likes me...lol...and never charges me for the stuff...perks of being friends with the owner...<wink> |

Homemade chicken chili even the beans were homemade and the tomatoes.
Note no animals were hurt during this process......no the chicken was not home grown...at least not at my home anyway |

Tonight dinner will be baked chicken brest with baked sweet potatos,while the oven was on I may as well bake some taters.Onething about sweet potatos is they dont spike my blood sugar...besides I love them yum,yum...

I had chicken salad with seasoned diced chicken breast, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, fat free ranch and a bottle of ice cold water.
