We had fish fillets, boiled shrimp, fried shrimp, coleslaw, and fries. A home-made brownie for dessert. It was yummy but I am stuffed. Nap time.

Chicken is in the oven along with potatoes wrapped in foil with chopped onions. Smells wonderful.

Tuna Salad on a bed of butter lettuce rolled up in an OLE Extreme Wellness low carb spinach and herb wrap. A piece of string cheese along with five Cherub baby tomatoes. Winky sugar-free gelatin parfait cup, either lime or orange, haven't decided yet. Water to drink.

It's Taco Tuesday! (except it's Wednesday. It was supposed to be last night, but we were all tired and fell asleep early after eating a sandwich.) I've got all the fixings, including some nice spicy black beans and cheese and tomatoes and sour cream. I'll fix the meat filling right before we eat.
