Corn Beef Sandwiches on fresh rye bread with homemade sauce, provolone cheese and Kraut. Yummy. Oh and those popped potato chips that are wonderful.

Belle made us pepper steak, sweet potatoes, corn on the cob and lemonade. It was so delicious!

No Meat
Today is the first day of lent which means no meat! So it was pizza extra cheese and salad.....

Pasta, chicken breast in cheesy marinara and a slice of cream pie. UN sweet tea and black coffee

sushi ... oh so good.. spicey enough to make my nose tingle..

2 fat free hot dogs. Kind of boring.

I had a salt and pepper pork sausage patty and mashed potato pancakes with applesauce. Tonight later I made peanut butter cookies. YUM!

Tonight I'll have a Salad with Olives and vegan Cheese with either Tomato and Basil Bruschetta or pasta with sundried Tomatoes.

It will either be BBQ Burgers or spicy New Orleans style sausages and fries. Not sure yet :)

I'm super excited because I saw who I'm working with tonight and we are going to be a strong trauma team together and I love it when I work with this group sooooooooooooo tonight I'm buying pizza for my team and breakfast in the morning for them too . I'm the nice charge nurse :)
