Skin-on potato wedges tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper and a little cajun seasoning....in the oven with the chicken

No, I'm on a diet.....
I have to weigh and measure the meats or fish
but I can have all the lettuce I can eat.
Evidently, there is no calories or aanything
but water....
