I'm thinking the pork loin with loaded mashed potatoes and maybe some asparagus.

stupid insomnia is kicking my butt this week - and that has thrown my appetite out of whack. Today I decided to have a larger breakfast and then will have a light dinner. Hopefully the walks I take today will help me fall asleep at a decent hour.
Right now I'm thinking dinner will be home-made carrot soup. And perhaps a salad and some roasted asparagus. |
Tonight im fixing beef pinwheels,baked sweet ptoatos,small salad.

I worked 9 hours stocking shelves and am too tired to stand and cook for just me |
spinich (sp?) and artichoke stuffed hand pressed raveoli with cream based alfredo and roasted plum tomatoes....now if I could spell as well as I cook!

tonight is 6 cheeses lasagna with sweet italian sausage and hamburger mix. Home made sourdough bread with hard churn butter and fresh pressed garlic! can I get a foot rub?
