oh who cares about my dinner tonight, heheh it's what i made for dinner for tomorrow night that smells yummy right now.. (yes, i pre-plan & cook my meals when i have to work, lol)

Salmon & roasted veggies
(asparagus, broccoli, red onions, peppers [red, yellow & orange], mushrooms & pinenuts, with seasonings & fresh grated parmesan) - smells yummy in here!

and okay, tonight was leftovers from last night... fussili pasta with chicken, peas, lima beans, asparagus, peppers, onions & mushrooms, with a yummy chunky mushroom red sauce and fresh sprinkle of parmesan..And a nice spinach salad along with!

Pan fried potatoes, tri- colored mixed peppers, onions, garlic and chopped Trader Joe's vegan Italian sausages all cooked together with medium poached eggs on top. Mixed greens salad for the kiddos who want one with that or instead of that, lol.

I made something my mom used to make that we all loved - my favorite Midwestern comfort food meal:

We had very yummy tofu stir-fry...YUUUMMMMMYYY.. And I thought I would never want tofu....

Now to wait the allotted time to have the dutch apple pie ala mode.. apparently I should not have dessert right after dinner...

:|<----------thinks I should be able to have dessert whenever I want... face...

We had thin-sliced NY strip steaks pan-fried with onion and yellow pepper in a little olive oil, served with mashed potatoes.

Rooster also consumed about half a loaf of the home-baked bread, while it was still warm. :blink:

Ramen! Having trouble kicking soda craving lately so drinking diet. Think I need to buy a few liters of it to keep at home.. cheaper than buying it at work.

It's Tostitos multi-grain Scoops with a smidgen of Palmetto Cheese...

lol...but that Palmetto Cheese is made in Charleston and only found here in the Lowcountry...BUT is it ever good....glad you were able to make something "lowcountry" on your own....I will have to have some, too!!!
Next up...boiled peanuts..just one...two..and you are hooked!!!
