I have no idea but if its anywhere as good as last nights dinner I'm ready! I'm so glad everyone in the house is on the same page eating healthy wise. Cause they are all good cooks and I would have a hard time saying no!

Vegetarian shepherds pie. Mixed herb salad. Sliced gala apples. Unsweetened iced tea.

Vegan crumbles on the bottom layer. Corn, peas, carrots on second layer. Mashed garlic potatoes on next layer. Extra sharp cheddar to top it off with french fried onions mixed into the cheese.

Going to the neighborhood hole in the wall for Taco Monday. Although I wish it were Indian Food Monday. I'm tired of tacos, but the kid doesn't want to break tradition LOL.

Tuscan white Bean Soup and Wholewheat Spaghetti with chargrilled Artichokes, Olives and Broccoli in a homemade Sundried Tomato Pesto.

It's gonna' be roast chicken night if I remember to get it in the oven on time. :)

What to go with it? Probably mashed potatoes, glazed carrots.....maybe some peas....and the last of the homemade bread on the side for Rooster. :chef2:

Ma'am made some good salmon with cannelini bean thing yesterday, and there was some left. Even though it's tons better than what i made, i just wasn't into it.

Wish I could eat with Corkey tonight. Corkey always has such interesting food, plus celebrating wifey's special day early ... Corkey will cook extra good tonight ... that is if they do not go out for dinner.
