turkey italian sausage roasted with peppers, mushrooms, and onions, mixed greens with dressing, a little bit of pasta and sauce, and maybe a piece of garlic bread...

I used up all the slightly sad looking bits from the veggie rack and fridge, stir fried with rice and 'chicken style' quorn pieces. It was much yummier than it sounds :)

Combo sub n crab salad. There are awesome ribs dry rubbed marinating in the fridge for tomorrow. Low n slow.

6 oz. baked barbeque chicken, 1 small baked potato, steamed organic baby carrots and borocolli with a nice glass of wine and for dessert vanilla yougurt.

Went thru drive thru window. Sat in the truck and inhaled a Big Mac. Thinking I may need to circle around and do same thing or maybe a couple of fish sandwiches. Worked in yard about 6 hours today and just now eating.

I made a sammich with my 12 grain bread and some cranberry turkey salad and a Claussen on the side.
Then, I decided to nibble on the cranberry turkey salad just a little bit. *looks sadly at the empty container* Maaaan, that could have made two more sammiches! :blink: |

Roast leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary, mashed tatties, cauliflower cheese, green beans, roasties and lots of gravy. Dunno about dessert yet. Maybe baileys cheesecake if I can summon the enthusiasm. Tinned fruit and ice cream if I can't.

Just a fat slice of banana cream pie w/ an obscene amount of fresh whipping cream on top...and a nice cup of tea. :tea:

Well I know I'm cooking some chicken parmagana over some penne pasta and mushroom flavored tomato sauce, served with my homemade chef salad and some red wine. And for dessert, a chocolate eclair. Just my way of giving my mom a special treat.

I desides to bake a whole turkey today with all the fixins,just cause I wanted to.Besides I still have half a dozen in the freezer,I bought them cheep so I bought extra.

Dinner at my youngest daughter's home tonight: yellowtail tuna, quinoa and butter lettuce & tomato salads, biscuits and fresh strawberry, blueberry and raspberry cobbler for dessert.

Met some friends at O'Charleys. Had Ribeye, baked potato, salad. I washed it down with a couple of miller 64's.

Tonight's dinner is leftovers from what I made for my parents on this Mother's Day. I made herb crusted pork tenderloin, pierogies, lima beans, and a pudding pie for dessert - it had a graham cracker crust, cookies and cream pudding on the bottom, vanilla in the middle, and chocolate on top. When I served it I added whipped cream on it. I am so glad they really liked it. I had to go to the grocery store beforehand because we had no rosemary. It was YUM!

I just put dinner in the crock pot...cubed a top sirloin steak, sweet potatoes and red skin potatoes. They will slow cook in a tomato/beef broth for about 7 hours and then I will add in some mixed veggies. Yum Yum!
