Wholewheat Spaghetti vegan Carbonara with peas. I have an addiction to peas and will happily eat them with every meal! I also have this addiction to Cabbage, Seaweed, Avocados and a few other foods… LOL!

had leftovers of pork cutlet and angel hair with a bit of marinara. didn't hit my tastebuds so I'm thinking I want like a shrimp cocktail with diced jalapenos, onions, spicy v8 with some chips. So I'm gonna make that. a couple Modelo beers to drink.

Red is coming home early evening and I have just put on a wonderful chuck roast with my famous dry rub and smothered the roast in onions, celery and red potatoes. Red loves coming home from a long weekend of intense workshops knowing dinner will be ready. :-)

I'm doing my 4 cheese baked meatloaf (Fontina, provolone, mozzarella, fresh Romano), a nice escarole salad w/scallions, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and homemade garlic-parmesan dressing...w/a cracked pepper dusting on top.

I made chicken breast , corn on the cob, mushrooms and new potatos all on the grill last night, so tonight, leftovers! Yum
