We tried Baja Fresh Mexican Grill today since it just opened in our area.. and it was pretty good.. still lovin Chipolte better though :)

Well for lunch today I made baked ziti with homemade meatballs, a tossed salad, and fresh sliced bread with butter.
For dinner pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms. It was my sister's birthday so we got her favorite. Oh and of course birthday cake ice cream for dessert since it was for her birthday. |
I stopped at subway and grabbed a veggie sub with oil and extra vinegar. Unsweetened tea to drink and boy was it yummy!

I made a 6oz steak, sautéed mushrooms, jumbo shrimp & Alasken King crab legs steamed with pickling spice in the steamer. It was all quite tasty, but all I really accomplished was a feeling of melancholy, because it wasn't even close to being as delicious as Maryland Blue Crab and Old Bay shared with my Butch (Like on
our first date :stillheart: ). |

tonight was an early dinner / late lunch of corn beef and pastrami sammich, some potato salad. then we had a sundae at Cold Stone and then I had leftover steak and baked beans.. I ate tonight! ackkk. I blame the nasty lunch at work! |
Corkey, your dinner sounds good. A dish like that I know of, one Mexican place serves it here, is called Chicken Achiote, has a bit more stuff in it though.
Me, I got take out from the campus Indian Food place. Salad, Naan bread, yellow rice, veggie korma, saag tofu. Mmmmmmm. :) |
well dammit to hell
I wish I hadnt sprayed Braggs on my brocilli roasting just fine in olive oil. Why would I think twenty minutes in the oven wouldnt make it burn and taste bitter. It burned and tastes bitter. Dammit. I keep trying it with mayo cold and it sucks. Fortunately the potato wedges and bulb of garlic are perfect!

Tonight's menu was quite simple. Just four slices of bread a small bunch of romaine lettuce and mayonnaise. You got it lettuce sandwiches. Of course it was washed down with sweet tea. :-)
