Egg white omelet stuffed full of fresh spinach leaves, chopped tomato, and baby portabellas. Oh and baby Swiss cheese too.

I had the pork cutlet sandwich (schnitzel), and it was almost as good as my momma makes :) My sweetie had the Roast Beef Philly and said it was good too! And now, to celebrate Friday, Chocolate chip cookies made by the best ever cookie baker! :eatinghersheybar: |
Fruit..... I got the most AMAZING mango at the market.....some white fleshed nectarines too....my latest addiction.... but....right now.....Im craving an avocado wicked bad...... :| I may have to brave the rain and get one out of my car!

Grilled hamburgers topped with grilled portobellos, and Tillamook pepper jack cheese, on a bed of lettuce, instead of a bun. I'm dipping each bite in a little bit of sauce (Mayo, dijon mustard, and horseradish)...Yum!
Admittedly, they would taste even better if dinner included a show...Like watching my Butch show off her own grilling skills...Just with the burgers Handsome, I'm not indicating that I would ever ask you to grill the evil portobellos...;) |

FRESH Corn on the Cob that was to die for Cucumbers! Finished it all off with a tiny watermelon that was scrumptious! |

I just made fresh pesto.
Basil straight from out of our garden, fresh garlic, olive oil, parmesean cheese, salt & pepper. Boiled some penne and mixed all of the above into it YUM... |
Seared Ahi tuna, lighty marinaded in teryaki sauce, with a coating of cracked peppercorns , served on a bed of mixed spring greens, and feta cheese crumbles, drizzled with a light, slighty sweetened balsamic vingerette dressing. A glass of Joel Gott savignon blanc.

I'm thinking of making a stir fry with pork tenderloin, veggies and noodles and a romaine salad with sweet and sour dressing.

well...before work i had chips and salsa (yes teddy, theres still plenty left!) and an avocado...at work i have my jolly ranchers and some trail mix to get me by....and some mineral water teddy got which im taking a liking to....hmmm :)
