Teddy made baked fish fries and homemade (mostly) coleslaw. I'm incredibly lucky to have a man that likes to cook! :)

tonight's menu:

pizza: pesto base, sundried tomatoes (diced), kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, fresh basil, mozz, and feta.

Broiled sirloin steak, smashed taters with sweet and russet taters,
sauteed zucchini and fresh garlic in a butter/EVO mixture...dinner is served :)

My wife and I had dinner with her sister and her sisters partner who is freaking awesome !!!!!!! She played pro women's bb and is awesome to talk sports with while my wife and her SIS talked about make ups and all that stuffs :)
Ohhhhhh yeah we had the Japanese food today :)

Had my regular Thursday night date with my favorite baby butch in the world - my 6yo granddaughter. Went to her favorite restaurant - "the cowboy restaurant" (Texas roadhouse). I had steak, salad and baked potato, she had mac & cheese and applesauce, we both ate rolls and peanuts and brought home leftovers. Good time was had by all.

I had.... cottage cheese and sliced roast beef and green beans.

No idea yet, but it will be at a restaurant, dining with a couple that I'm meeting for the first time from BFP!

Tonite dinner is/will be simple as usual.

Halibut [on BBQ],cottage cheese and small salad.

I am feeling like fall food even though the temp is in the mid to upper 80s here

Roasted whole rosemary chicken with various root veggies
Cabbage with bacon
and for dessert apple brown Betty with home made low carb cinnamon ice cream

Teddy is making his chicken and dumplings!! I've never had it before....but he uses heaps of veggies and I cant WAIT to have some before work!! Im such a lucky girl....sighhh <3

ITs more of a pot pie or stew but cuz of the dumplings its not either. Its a recipe I have made since God was a baby.

I am either having BBQ brisket or I am going to have some beer battered fish. Not sure which yet. Then again, I might also have some chicken fried chicken.

I am making soup beans with ham hocks and corn bread (non sweet kind) all homemade. Served with a glass of ice cold milk.

Chicken pot pie..bought from walmart..since I cant cook worth shit...lol

Tonight is beer can chicken night at Casa de Snow and it is going to be served with a vegetable rice pilaf and steamed, buttered peas.

All you can eat seafood in Boutte, LA with almost my entire family!

Ribeye and baked potatoe was going to have a salad also but need tomatoes.

I was still full from lunch till just a wee bit ago....I had an apple but I'm still peckish....good thing I leave a stash of trail mix at work :)

Hazelnut iced coffee and chocolate chip cookies. And I refuse to feel guilty. I needed the coffee to stay awake and I needed the cookies...just....cuz....sometimes you just need cookies....
