Leftovers it has been. However I think we are about done with that, maybe just a few slices of ham left. Sloppy Joes will be later in the week because last night my babe made ravioli and whole grain pasta with meat sauce and homemade garlic bread. I'm eating dessert now, a slice of apple pie with natural vanilla ice cream after having some bacon cheeseburger sliders and crinkle fries for tonight's dinner.

I'm going to let hym take me out to dinner tonite at The Blue Pearl in Boston, my absolute favorite places for lobster.

Seasoned, grilled pork tenderloin brushed with hoison sauce, served with roasted garlic rice and steamed broccoli.

Dinner at Cicis Pizza was had for an early dinner.

Some amazing Mexican food and even more amazing pina coladas :)

worked overnight and just woke up and made choc chip pancakes and bacon. tonight when I go to work I'll take a leftover burger or stop for a grilled chicken sandwich.

We had CiCi's pizza buffet. The kids loved it. I won a camel from the crane machine.

Tonight, I'm making lean sirloin steak tacos w/ sour cream, melted queso, with a shredded mexican blend cheese, chopped tomatoes, chopped scallions, shredded lettuce, freshly made guacamole, and my secret recipe homemade pico de gallo. Served with a side of "the real deal" refried beans and spanish rice. To drink..A deep, plum-red sangria w/ fresh berries.

Red is grilling Rib-Eyes ( yes she is the grillmaster of the family) I am making sauted asparagus with onions and garlic and throwing in the delicata squash to bake.

Probably a high-protein peanut butter and banana shake...Gold's makes the best ones. And since a guy friend wants me to hit the gym with him tonight...That's more than likely what it will be.....Exciting, isn't it!!!

I believe tonight we are headed to Olive Garden for soup and salad and maybe a lil more. mmmmm!
