I am going to do a grilled lemon pepper chicken with steamed asparagus and some boiled cabbage on the side for me and Jack will have the chicken with fried potatoes and garlic bread.

fresh shrimp sauteed with baby belle mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, shallots, and dried sweet cherries. Tossed with whole wheat pasta in a garlic and honey sauce I made.
now all I need is someone to help me eat it. |

I am having the other half of the rack of lamb, still grilled and still rare, with a mashed potato and some steamed zucchini , glass of Merlot and last sliver of the almond pear galette. A repeat of yesterday (almost), but quite delicious!

I had a printmaking class tonight and just came back, so I had two steamed artichokes with lemony basil mayo, and apple/cherry galette, pot of Lapsang Souchong.

I made us rosemary cornish hens with sauteed green beans with garlic.

A nice girl made me a french dip sandwich with au jus. :heartbeat:

I had an all beef hot dog with mustard, onions and jalapeno relish
I also had homemade dark mocha ice cream I made it with special dark syrup and coffee |

Appetizer: Fig stuffed with goat cheese then wrapped in prosciutto drizzled with a tiny bit of clover honey and grilled
Main: Rather rare thinly sliced porterhouse over a bed of caramelized onions, asparagus tips, portobello mushrooms and a little bit of garlic; all except the steak were sauteed in brown butter, the steak was grilled oh and a big ole glass of really dark yummy Cab Dessert: Tangerine custard with super dark chocolate drizzled over the top Espresso with a lemon twist and a little sugar |
