Shrimp, yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms, sweet bell peppers... all done up with chilies and cilantro and wrapped tightly in a tortilla shell... very good.

We had dinner out with a bunch of new and old friends. I had a flat iron steak with sweet potato fries and ginger slaw, Coke, water, and a yummy Dreamsicle shake drink thingy. I followed that up with pina colada cheesecake at Cheesecake Factory. Super nummy.

Last night I had a grilled New York steak, mashed zucchini and Yukon Gold potato with a drizzle of basil olive oil, an endive salad, a glass of Pinot Noir, purple plums and an espresso.

bbq chicken wangs,alfreado noodles for my son then sliced tomatos seasoned a/chrystial light to drink.

We are having some of those really good chicken enchiladas that I made and froze last week with oven-roasted fresh corn, and a salad with fresh cilantro!
