I had a southwest chicken salad with all different kinds of mixed greens, black beans, corn, a few pintos, pico de gallo, a tiny spray of cheese, a few tortilla strips, a grilled chicken breast and a very good chipotle ranch dressing!

I've had some ox tails in the slow cooker since early this morning. They're going to be stew (over rice, with a salad) tonight. :):eating:

Okay, tonight I blew my healthy eating binge and ate a hamburger from Wendy's with a side salad and an iced tea. Tomorrow it will be back on track again.
