I sauteed some ground turkey in a small amount of chili oil then added tomato, jalapeno, corn, black beans, red and green peppers, onion, then I mixed some crema with some salsa verde and drizzled it on top

I made chicken breast marinaded in my special marinade, on the grill , with corn on the cob, grilled some mushrooms, they were incredible, fresh tomato's from the farmers market , and new potato's with garlic and onions. Cantelope for dessert. VERY VERY tasty! I give myself a pat on the back . It's the only way to get one anyway, so why not! :)
