Had leftovers from yesterday.
I cooked, peeled, and chunked up King crab legs. Added the crab and sliced baby bella mushrooms to marinara sauce and spiced it up Ryan style, over linguine. Yep. I'm way full. |

We had Huevos Ranchero ,Made with a friend's homemade red salsa sauce made with peppers that she grows herself. and cage free chicken eggs from a friend we get from his backyard . Canned organic refried Beans.
And I made organic and gluten free cupcakes with choc frosting.:chef2: |

I had a wrap with pastrami, smoked swiss, avocado, and lettuce. With diced, salted tomatoes on the side, and multi-grain crackers with red pepper humus. yummmmmmmm |
I had tacos with "extra protein" (aka...the spider that fell in during the cooking... *shrug* LOL)

I'm oh-so-very proud of myself. My sister requested chili... so I made my homemade. . . and it was delicious, no super secret chili pack needed.

Tonight was a hodge podge. Baked red potato with Smart Balance butter and pepper, thin pork loln baked with garlic and artichoke hearts, pasta, and carrots. The carrots burned because I was here, playing. :blink:
